๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Provide end-to-end CPQ quote support; manage quote velocity at month and quarter ends.
  • Be the first contact for quote queries; coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Maintain renewal dates; support renewal quotes and CPI increases per policy.
  • Partner with AEs and Partner Execs on new, renewal, and demo quotes.
  • Own the SLA for quote turnaround; track KPIs to sustain momentum.
  • Build strong ties with deal desk, Sales Ops, Legal, Billing Ops and Finance.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, quoting, or commercial support.
  • At least 1 year hands-on with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Strong understanding of sales deal cycle and customer lifecycle management.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency (including pivot tables).
  • Strong understanding of licensing models in CCaaS/SaaS environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
