Provide quotes support for the Sales team and draft quotes for CMS and CW products.
Collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to generate documentation.
Manage and dispatch Quote Desk, Downgrades, Cancellations and Renewals boards.
Process renewal quotes and distributor quotes outside Renewal Manager scope.
Create quotes for special projects (SKU swaps, cleanups, updates, cancellations).

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in relevant field; quoting or sales ops preferred.
Experience with Salesforce; Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); Outreach preferred.
Strong attention to detail and customer service; able to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proactive communicator with executives; ability to prioritize and stay organized.
Quoting experience in IT industry preferred.
