Location & Remote Work for technology and remote-first roles
Our technology team operates under a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home and can live anywhere in Brazil. We also offer the option of working from our São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces, up to twice a week.

Building and Mentoring an Elite Team: You'll have the chance to provide technical leadership for a team of six Salesforce specialists, all of whom are senior. You will report directly to the Head of Engineering for the NeoTribe. Requirements
Technical Leadership and Development: Provide technical leadership for the Salesforce team, actively participating in development, building a technical governance model for the platform (with a focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud), and ensuring the architecture, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.
Coordination and Alignment: Coordinate and align the technical roadmap with stakeholders in Product, Design, Engineering, and Business.
Quality and Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and technical design sessions; act as a solutions architect for integrating Salesforce with other systems; support the professional growth of the team through mentoring and feedback; promote continuous improvements in development processes; and ensure high technical quality and compliance with Salesforce standards.
Hands-on Contribution: Actively contribute to Salesforce development, especially in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Consultancy Management: Coordinate the work performed by multiple consulting firms on the platform.
Architecture and Roadmap Definition: Define and consolidate a scalable and sustainable architecture for the entire Salesforce operation and create a technical and strategic roadmap to support the platform's evolution.
