About the position:

This role is a unique opportunity to have a direct and significant impact on our bottom line. You won’t just be forecasting numbers; you will be a key driver in shaping our revenue estructure by discovering and launching new revenue streams. This person will work cross-functionally and have the autonomy to coordinate insights into action, directly influencing how our business grows.

• Revenue Planning: Develop monthly forecasts, analyze performance drivers, and collaborate with stakeholders on corrective actions.
• New Monetization Levers: Work with the product team to evaluate, plan, and develop new revenue streams by analyzing proposals, setting benchmarks, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Product Enhancement: Improve the monetization and reach of our existing products by identifying new revenue opportunities and sharing best practices across different markets.

Requirements

• Financial Analysis (KPIs): Mastery of revenue metrics and price sensitivity analysis.
• Applied Statistics: Proven ability and experience in using statistical indicators to build complex decision models.
• Forecasting: Proven ability to model and accurately predict future revenue evolution.
• Advanced level of english.

Soft Skills:

• Effective Communication (Data Storytelling): Ability to translate complex analysis into simple business language for Sales, Operation,P&T, and Finance team.
• Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify a revenue or pricing problem and propose a pragmatic solution.
• Analytical & Critical Thinking: Not only reporting data, but questioning the "why" behind trends and proposing strategic solutions.
• Growth Mindset: Proactive focus on seeking growth opportunities and experimentation (price testing).
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to align revenue maximization and dynamic pricing strategies with the divergent objectives of cross-functional teams (Sales, Operation, Finance, and P&T team), ensuring the adoption and execution of key decisions.

Nice to Have:

• Coding Skills (SQL/Python/R): Ability to query databases (SQL) or manipulate large volumes of data for analysis (Python/R).
• IA / Machine Learning / Algorithms: Experience in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Machine Learning techniques for the development and optimization of advanced predictive forecasting models and dynamic pricing algorithms.
• Project Leadership (Product Launch): Formal experience leading the launch of new products or managing a roadmap.
• Advanced level of portuguese.
