These teams focus on developing a new conversational, Gen AI-based, platform to support different customer-facing chatbots, and also, to develop a new Customer Support Chatbot, using top-notch technologies, by harnessing LLMs (Large Language Models) with a multi-agent architecture.

Technical Lead Manager (TLM) at QuintoAndar:
At QuintoAndar, the Technical Lead Manager (TLM) role is designed for Senior+ Software Engineers who aspire to balance technical leadership with people management. TLMs play a critical role in defining technical strategies, driving high-quality implementation, and supporting their team members' growth and priorities. The position requires a robust technical background paired with a genuine passion for mentoring and managing people.
Unlike traditional management roles, TLMs typically oversee a smaller number of direct reports and have a more focused scope of management. However, they remain integral to the technical career path, offering opportunities to advance toward Staff+ engineering roles or transition into broader management responsibilities with a larger team and expanded leadership duties.
This role is ideal for candidates who excel in both hands-on technical work and guiding teams to achieve peak performance.
