Location & Hybrid Work Model for hybrid positions

Our team follows a “hybrid” model, requiring in-person attendance at our office located in Buenos Aires (Nuñez), 1 time per week.

About the Team

You will have full responsibility over the Content strategy and execution for the Classifieds portals we operate in Argentina (Zonaprop), Ecuador (Plusvalia), Panama (Compreoalquile), Peru (Urbania and Adondevivir), Mexico (Inmuebles24, Vivanuncios), ultimately seeking to improve traffic from SEO/GEO.

Those responsibilities can be breakdown by the following:

• Draw from scratch the Content strategy from planning to production for all portals in order to hit the company-wide SEO/GEO goals
• Reach out, select and manage trusted partners and agencies to help deliver the Content strategy, with the right quantity, quality and time
• Prioritize projects and content enrichment on the most valuable page structures
• Implement high-standards and best practices of Real Estate content production and optimization taking into account specificities and regionalities per country
• Define topic clusters and setup the best KPIs/dashboards to monitor SEO/GEO results and measure the business impact driven by the Content strategy  
• Manage the SEO team and setup the team for success, while coordinating together with other teams (Social, PR, Product, Technology, Data) joint efforts to improve SEO/GEO
• Report progress and results to QuintoAndar leadership team

Requirements

• Good negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Deep knowledge and experience on SEO techniques, KPIs and backlinking strategies
• At least 3 years leading projects and teams of SEO and/or Content
• 5+ years of work experience on Content production and optimization for SEO;
• Good analytical skill and be as much data-driven as possible for decision making 
• Advanced level of English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience on crafting from zero the Content strategy on other relevant portals
• Growth hacking and marketing strategies that could improve traffic and lead generation
• Autonomy and proactivity to build the strategy and lead execution
