THE ROLE
Senior Engineering Manager, Growth
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager, Growth
to join our growing team. This person will build and lead a team of high performing Growth engineers.The ideal candidate is someone with experience building tools that optimize marketing campaigns, creative generations and/or performance optimization across various marketing platforms.
They’re self-starter, problem-solver and successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes. The candidate is energized by solving complex business problems and consistently effective in making high-judgment decisions at a rapid pace amidst the frequent ambiguity that comes with charting a course of action with no precedent. Moreover, the ideal candidate is energized by an environment where strategy, innovation and decision-making are intentionally distributed, where candour, speed and data are highly valued and colleagues at all levels hold each other to unusually high standards on behalf of Quince customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and build a high performing Growth engineering team and foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
- Own business critical efforts on our performance marketing initiatives working closely with the marketing, product, data science and analytics teams to deliver high-quality and high-performance tooling and systems.
- Collaborate across other engineering teams and data science org to understand and implement business requirements.
- Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to define and refine requirements, and ensuring that they are translated into actionable tasks/milestones.
- Define performance metrics and drive data-driven decisions.
- Foster strong engineering practices and a culture of quality, experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Drive alignment with leadership and team members along with your management counterparts.
Qualifications
Required:
You have excellent computer science fundamentals- 10+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Proven experience building and leading growth engineering and building performance marketing tools/pipelines.
- Experience partnering with Data Science to drive performance marketing efficiency
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and data-driven experimentation.
- Deep familiarity with full-stack development workflows, product ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize service availability, performance, and stability through operational excellence.
- Passion for technology, with a strong track record of driving impact in hyper-growth product environments.
Preferred:
- Experience and knowledge in campaign management and ads bidding optimization is a plus.
All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location.
Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.$260,000
