🎯 Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Bilingual in French and English
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Proven ability to build relationships and resolve issues remotely
- Dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable internet (75+ Mbps down / 10+ Mbps up)
