🎯 Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proven ability to build relationships and resolve issues remotely
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable internet (75+ Mbps down / 10+ Mbps up)
