- Partner with planning, site merchandising, and marketing to grow Home.
- Support revenue targets, product rating, and return rate.
- Collaborate with Sourcing to align quality, costs, and vendor execution for Canada.
- Work with Product Development, Sourcing, and US Merchants to improve Home styles using customer feedback.
- Analyze data to drive decisions: sales velocity, margin, returns, conversion, SKU productivity.
π― Requirements
- Based in Toronto with 4 days per week in office (Mon-Thu).
- 3-5 years of retail merchandising experience in Home (luxury preferred).
- Proven track record of progression and growth in organizations.
- Product obsessed; experience leveraging data tools and external sources.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical with execution focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Base salary range: 85,000β95,000 CAD.
