📋 Description

  • Partner with CS and Sales to identify expansion within accounts.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise accounts, driving adoption and growth.
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and training sessions that reinforce confidence.
  • Optimize post-sale architectures for scalability, performance, cost, and security.
  • Create and deliver technical workshops, QBRs, and roadmap sessions.
  • Proactively monitor account health; identify risks and actions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6 years in a technical, customer-facing role (TAM, SA, SE, or CSE).
  • Proficiency in TS/Go/Python/Rust and cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure.
  • Web3 know-how: JSON-RPC, blockchain APIs, EVM/Solana/Bitcoin.
  • Conduct architectural reviews; optimize secure, scalable deployments.
  • Proven track record building trusted partnerships driving retention and expansion.
  • Strong communication; simplify tech concepts for execs and engineers.
