  • Partner with the wider data team to optimise dashboard structure, data source efficiency, and user experience

  • Build strong relationships across all of the different teams in the business, becoming a trusted source of business intelligence

About you:

  • Degree in a maths/science-based subject

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others and present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong hands-on experience with analytics and data tools, including Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, Google BigQuery, and a solid understanding of SQL

  • Familiarity with dashboard design and best practices, especially for executive and operational audiences

  • Experience working with marketing data across acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels, ideally within an affiliate or performance marketing environment

  • Proactive and self-directed, able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Technically confident and analytically strong, with experience navigating large, complex datasets and turning them into clear insights

  • Collaborative and communicative, with excellent written and verbal English skills and a natural ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
