🎯 Requirements

5–8 years Quantity Surveying experience (consultancy/contracting).
BSc in Quantity Surveying.
NIQS membership required.
QSRBN registration mandatory.
Experience with commercial/retail roll-outs in Nigeria.
Experience managing infrastructure projects in Nigeria.
HSE certification or IFMA membership preferred.
