Quantitative Trading Intern

📋 Description

• Drive: Apply advanced mathematical modeling and quantitative rigor to optimize systematic trading strategies in a multi-product environment.
• Build: Design and deploy robust systems, internal tools, and dashboards that enhance trading execution and risk management.
• Owner: Lead a capstone project within a rotation (e.g., Derivatives or Prime Finance), moving from research to actionable market insights.
• Manage: Navigate real-time data flows and identify patterns that impact the firm’s PnL.
• Collaborate: Work with the middle and back office to ensure that complex trades are integrated into the operational framework.
• Mentorship and presentation: Present research and strategy findings to the trading desk and translate strategy into technical execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Focus on a quantitative subject at school (engineering, computer science, math, economics, etc.)
• Demonstrable innate curiosity for capital markets, specifically the digital assets sector
• Have traded yourself in a personal account and/or participated in any blockchain native activities
