Visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of in-process and finished goods.
Set up and operate inspection equipment (Round Testers, CMMs).
Analyze and interpret inspection data to support floor teams.
Initiate Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs) as needed.
Monitor quality control systems for effectiveness and efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve quality issues.

🎯 Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; STEM degree preferred.
Experience: 2–3 years in mechanical inspection or quality.
Data proficiency: data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
Continuous improvement: focus on quality and cost performance.
Leadership & organizational skills: strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
