Quality Technician (3rd Shift)

📋 Description

• Support in-process testing of liquid mix, bulk powder, and finished formula.
• Sample raw materials and test liquid for pH and total solids.
• Perform physical stability testing on bulk powder.
• Test powder after canning and ship samples to labs.
• Keep labs clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of cGLP and cGMP required.
• Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry or Food Science preferred.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with DEACOM, Sartorius, and CEM preferred.
• 3rd shift availability: 11:00pm–7:30am.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
