- Track and analyze quality metrics: deviations, CAPAs, SCARs.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure procedural compliance.
- Oversee document control lifecycle for SOPs and policies.
- Support inspection readiness and audits (internal/third party).
- Report to Senior Manager, Quality Systems and Regulatory Affairs.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a science discipline
- 6+ years in Quality Assurance / Quality Systems
- Experience implementing/maintaining QMS in regulated env
- SOP development and CAPA tracking
- Internal and external audit experience
- Strong communication and attention to detail
