📋 Description

• Conduct audits on order processing and patient/caregiver calls for accuracy and compliance.
• Document findings and provide actionable feedback to relevant teams.
• Track and report quality metrics; identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with operations, training, and leadership to implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain QA documentation and audit tools.
• Assist with the creation and delivery of quality-focused training or coaching materials as needed.
