- Lead the site MRB process; inspect non-conforming parts; coordinate Vendor RMA.
- Execute First Article Inspection (FAI) and verify incoming material data.
- Develop and implement inspection plans across incoming, in-process, final stages.
- Drive quality systems and continuous improvement; policy, procedures, and metrics.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, test, and launch teams to embed quality.
- Support calibration, traceability analysis, and data-driven quality improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in metrology inspection or quality manufacturing.
- Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or equivalent QMS.
- Proficient with calipers, micrometers, CMM, Faro arm, OMM.
- Strong GD&T interpretation (ASME Y14.5) and ability to read drawings/CAD.
- Experience with X-ray inspection, digital characterization tools, material certifications, and assembly testing.
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently and cross-functionally; U.S. Person status required.
- Degree or cert in Quality/Mechanical/Aerospace; ASQ CQE/CQIA.
- IPC-A-610/IPC-A-620 knowledge.
