• Build proactive quality intelligence systems to detect and prevent risks.

• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Coach Quality on AI use.
• Drive strategic insights for renewal risk and network health.
• Serve as a connective force translating insights into action.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in operations, strategy, analytics, or systems design.
• Deep data fluency from raw data to executive narrative.
• Systems architect who builds frameworks, workflows, feedback loops.
• Proven track record delivering measurable results across cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communicator able to translate analytics for executives.
• Passionate about BetterUp's mission and operational excellence.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and AI-powered platforms; Python is a plus.
