  • Identify deficiencies and drive corrections to ensure EHR data integrity.
  • Audit participant medical records for complete, timely documentation.
  • Support team documentation, process improvements, and QO initiatives.

  • Prepare desk review documents and assist EMR navigation/impact analysis.
  • Review regulatory logs and complete required investigations and notifications.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate degree preferred; three years of experience may substitute.
  • Minimum two years in a healthcare setting; PACE experience preferred.
  • Background in coding highly desired.
  • Varied schedule including nights and weekends; travel onsite.
  • Interpret and apply Health Information Management policies.
  • MS Office suite experience; strong data gathering and tech skills.
