Quality Manager

📋 Description

• Ensure product quality and disposition of finished goods and materials.
• Investigate non-conformances and oversee sampling/testing plans.
• Review analytical and microbiological data to prevent defects.
• Provide GMP, quality, and food safety guidance to production.
• Lead QA technicians and manage onsite labs and third-party labs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in FDA-regulated manufacturing (ideally infant formula).
• BS in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• Strong GMP, SQF audits, FDA, HACCP, and OSHA knowledge.
• PCQI certification.
• CIP/COP, sanitation, and microbiology knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Risk management and problem-solving skills.
