- Manage risk, compliance, and audits/regulatory inspections.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management (preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive quality leadership; 5+ years in a senior role.
- CQE, CMQ/OE, or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
- Lean, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis experience.
- Experience with QMS, regulatory standards ISO/OSHA/FDA if applicable.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and PIDs; interpret Q-notes and FAIs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
