Mentor and coordinate QA Engineers across the team.
Plan and monitor test automation development and execution.
Triaging defect backlogs to manage backlog size.
Analyze customer experience using production observability tools.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in software testing.
Experience creating/executing test plans with early feedback.
Hands-on exploratory testing techniques.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies/tools/processes.
Web test automation tools: Selenium, WebdriverIO, Cypress, Playwright.
English communication skills.
