- Support CTS release per microbiological, organoleptic, packaging specs.
- Perform daily tank checks: temp, head pressure, ABV, gravity, pH, TA, sensory.
- Operate and calibrate lab instruments: pH meter, autotitrator, alcolyzer, Flow Cytometer.
- Log data into spreadsheets/databases; identify trends.
- Ensure timely QC checks/approvals on the floor to avoid delays.
- Identify out-of-trend data; troubleshoot fermentation, analytics, and sensory issues.
🎯 Requirements
- Age 21 or older at time of application
- College degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of professional laboratory experience
- Fundamental understanding of fermentation, pressurized systems, CIP, yeast/bacteria handling, GMPs, and safety protocols
- Willingness to work a 4-day/10-hour shift schedule (5 AM–1 AM) with weekend availability
- Familiarity with basic experimental design and execution
