Perform in-process and final inspections of electrical and mechanical assemblies.
Travel to install/repair locations for detailed inspection of stations.
Identify, document, and resolve production and test anomalies.
Communicate quality issues across Starlink Aviation and Repair Station teams.
Document production non-conformances per procedures.
Support QMS policies and drive continual improvement and lean initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency.
2+ years quality control in manufacturing.
Bachelor's or Associate degree in a technical/engineering field.
Experience with material review board and root cause/corrective action systems.
Self-motivated and able to manage priorities.
AS9100 and ISO 9001 knowledge.
