Quality Inspector II, Test & Launch

📋 Description

• Oversee in-process inspections of propulsion components and stage assemblies.
• Review hardware requirements and determine acceptance criteria; document results.
• Perform FOD inspections, hardware status tracking, and system walkdowns.
• Provide technical mentorship during in-process work to support adherence to standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Test Ops, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
• Analyze inspection results to identify issues and support root-cause actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Quality Inspector in aerospace or related field.
• Experience with in-process inspections and precision measurement tools.
• Ability to follow established standards and procedures.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, or work in confined spaces with accommodations.
• Willingness to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and travel.
• Nice to have experience with structural/airframe inspections.
• Nice to have background in aviation maintenance or related quality roles.
• Nice to have experience with AS9100 or ISO 9001 QM systems.
• Nice to have familiarity with NX, Teamcenter, LN, or MES.
• Nice to have proficiency with Microsoft Office.
