- 4+ years as a Quality Inspector in aerospace or related field.
- Experience with in-process inspections and precision measurement tools.
- Ability to follow established standards and procedures.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, or work in confined spaces with accommodations.
- Willingness to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and travel.
- Nice to have experience with structural/airframe inspections.
- Nice to have background in aviation maintenance or related quality roles.
- Nice to have experience with AS9100 or ISO 9001 QM systems.
- Nice to have familiarity with NX, Teamcenter, LN, or MES.
- Nice to have proficiency with Microsoft Office.
