- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and production to address findings
- Perform thorough inspections ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Clear communicator, able to interface with inspectors, engineers, and production staff
- MRB experience with non-conforming hardware; able to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs
