📋 Description

  • Complete quality evaluations and root cause analyses against targets
  • Provide day-to-day support of the Quality program
  • Analyze, report, and present QA findings by program/region/site
  • Design and lead deep dive projects for service improvements
  • Complete QA and after-action reviews
  • Leverage insights to drive customer service improvements

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 3 years in Quality with SQL knowledge
  • Experience with NICE Quality Central software preferred
  • Customer Service Quality Assurance experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of end-to-end contact center processes
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets/Slides)
