🎯 Requirements
- At least 3 years in Quality with SQL knowledge
- Experience with NICE Quality Central software preferred
- Customer Service Quality Assurance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of end-to-end contact center processes
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Working knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets/Slides)
