🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in Supply/Hosting and 2+ years in QA.
- AI/automation tools in contact-center/QA (speech analytics, RPA; Python/SQL a plus).
- Proficiency with Airtable and Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of contact center end-to-end processes.
- Past two years with Meets Expectations or higher in reviews.
- Google Workspace proficiency; build automated dashboards.
