Quality Engineering Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day shop-floor quality execution and supervise QC inspectors/quality support personnel
• Ensure inspection plans, quality standards, and work instructions are followed
• Own the NCMR process including initiation, containment, tracking, and closure
• Analyze quality data (scrap, yield, defect trends, Pareto) and identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare and present quality performance metrics in operations reviews
• Ensure quality data accuracy, consistency, and reporting discipline

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Prior experience supervising or leading quality inspectors or QC personnel
• Strong knowledge of shop-floor quality processes, inspections, and NCMR workflows
• Proficiency with ERP/MES systems and quality reporting tools
• Ability to operate independently while partnering with cross-functional teams
