🎯 Requirements

8+ years leading software quality and test automation.
Experience leading 5-12+ engineers.
Hands-on with TS/JS ecosystems (React, Jest, Playwright, Cypress).
Polyglot background: Node.js/JS/TS and Python.
Expertise in enterprise test reporting and quality analytics.
Proven ability to scale from IC to team-wide enablement.
