🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading quality engineering in enterprise-scale environments.
• Proven people leadership managing 5+ quality engineers or SDETs.
• Deep expertise in test automation across unit, API, and E2E UI.
• Experience transitioning QA-as-gatekeeper to developer-owned quality models.
• Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development and using AI tools.
• Experience defining quality metrics and dashboards; CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
• Excellent communication across globally distributed teams.
