- Experience defining and governing testing tooling and standards across multiple teams.
- Ability to set quality metrics, track trends, and drive improvements.
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading a community of practice or guild model; coaching testers; AI tooling adoption.
