Quality Engineer (Starlink/Akoustis)

📋 Description

• Perform hands-on failure analysis to drive root-cause and corrective action for reliability and throughput.
• Develop, validate, and implement production processes for existing and next-gen hardware to maintain quality and throughput.
• Create data analysis programs to identify yield, failure rates, and implement SPC.
• Conduct regular build quality reviews to ensure design intent and improve manufacturability through risk reduction.
• Define appropriate Quality Management System requirements around traceability, non-conformance, and configuration management.
• Define reliability test plan and ongoing strategy to monitor process health and long-term defects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics.
• 1+ year of high-volume semiconductor test/manufacturing experience (internship OK).
• 3+ years of high-volume semiconductor test/manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience with FIB, SEM/EDX, ion cross-section, network analyzer.
• Pserved ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• ITAR: US citizenship or eligible for export authorization.
