Drive continuous improvement and reduce defects to meet regulatory and customer requirements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, QA, Manufacturing, or related field.
3–7+ years in quality engineering or related role.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Root cause analysis: 5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa.
Familiar with quality tools/systems: Minitab, Jira, SAP.
Knowledge of regulatory environments (FDA, DoD, ISO).
Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.
