🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related.
- 5+ years in quality, supplier quality, or manufacturing (auto/aerospace/robotics/medical).
- Hands-on launching of new products and improving quality systems.
- Strong experience with supplier audits, APQP, PPAP, and ramp-ups.
- Excellent analytical abilities, technical writing; quality toolbox (SPC, 8D, tolerancing).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949; GD&T and drawings interpretation.
