Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead QC activities and ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain quality management systems, policies and standards.
• Implement SPC and FMEA to identify and prevent defects in production.
• Oversee inspection of raw materials, processes, and finished products.
• Coordinate with production to set standards and acceptance testing.
• Manage non-conformance, root cause analysis, and CAPA actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed related degree.
• 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Deep knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, and CI.
• English proficiency (90%).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• SAP system.
• Six Sigma or ASQ certification.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
