Lead process-improvement initiatives to reduce defects and boost yield.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field required.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or hardware quality.
Experience with a structured Quality Management System (QMS).
Experience investigating and resolving nonconformances.
Experience with suppliers and managing quality issues.
Acute attention to detail.
