Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Build, scale, and sustain CoreWeave’s ISO-aligned QMS across data center ops.
• Standardize quality processes, SOPs, and governance across sites.
• Drive preventive, systems-based quality and ISO-aligned practices.
• Implement automated QMS workflows with ETQ or Arena for audits and CAPA.
• Manage document control, training, and audit-ready documentation.
• Lead internal audits and support external audits and certifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a quality role in data center, electronics, or hardware.
• Deep knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001/ISO 14001 incl doc control.
• Governing compliance in rapid-growth, high-complexity ops.
• Hands-on with ETQ, Arena or digital QMS platforms.
• ERP, ticketing, QMS tools; adept in dashboards; repeatable reporting.
