- Perform dimensional and visual inspections of mechanical and electronic components (PCBs, cables, SBCs).
- Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure correct assembly and quality.
- Rework non-conforming parts according to defined procedures.
- Record inspection results and yields in the quality management system.
- Escalate recurring quality issues to Quality Engineering, Development, or Supply Chain teams.
- Work closely with the Assembly Team to clarify inspection criteria and improve workmanship.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in quality control, ideally in electro-mechanical or manufacturing environment (typically gained over ~2 years)
- Hands-on experience with mechanical measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong attention to detail, structured documentation skills, and a problem-solving mindset
- Very good English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage
- Practical knowledge of electronics handling and basic PCB inspection
- Teamwork and ability to work in a cross-functional production team
