Execute pre-production checks: ATP swabs, line clearance, equipment verification.
Monitor critical parameters: fill levels, weight, torque; label accuracy.
Flag and escalate any out-of-spec conditions immediately.
Maintain real-time records for traceability and audits.
Ensure a clean, safe production area; collaborate with QA.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred.
1–3+ years in quality control within food, beverage, or cGMP manufacturing.
Experience in high-speed production environments strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and real-time decision making.
Working knowledge of cGMP, food safety, and quality systems.
Comfortable with data recording, batch documentation, and audits.
