Quality Control Technician - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Ensure Feel Free products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Production and QA to monitor high-speed bottling operations.
• Enforce cGMP compliance and maintain real-time quality control.
• Hands-on floor-based role focused on execution and accuracy.
• 2nd shift: Mon-Thu, 4:00pm–4:30am CT; some variance.
• Flag and escalate any out-of-spec conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate degree or tech cert preferred.
• 1–3+ years in quality control for food/beverage or cGMP manufacturing.
• Experience in high-speed production environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and real-time decision making.
• Knowledge of cGMP, food safety, and quality systems.
• Comfortable with data recording, batch documentation, and audits.
