- Collaborate with QA, Sourcing, Merchandising and suppliers to embed early quality checkpoints.
- Lead supplier quality and compliance assessment and guide suppliers on best practices.
- Interpret in-process and analytical data to drive quality improvements.
- Present on-site to supervise QC personnel or perform QC actions for troubleshooting or continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to address quality issues promptly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or relevant field.
- 8+ years of proven quality control experience, ideally in furniture/home goods.
- QC experience in manufacturing and/or field QA is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of QC methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across partners.
- Willingness to travel >50% of the time.
