Lead and develop QC Technicians across shifts.
Ensure galvanized products meet ASTM and AGA standards.
Review QA procedures, inspections, and required documentation.
Oversee inspections at all stages: receiving, pre-treatment, kettle, post-dip.
Monitor process variables; address surface prep or coating concerns; complete chemical analysis.
Manage nonconformance reports and drive corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in QC/QA for galvanizing or industrial coatings
Leadership experience
Understanding of ASTM galvanizing standards
Read drawings; follow specifications; use inspection equipment
Experience participating in quality audits
Experience in hot-dip galvanizing operations (kettle/pre/post-dip)
Familiarity with ERP systems and documentation processes
