Quality Control Lead

📋 Description

• Perform QC inspections at all warehouse touchpoints.
• Document and track product quality; record discards and damages.
• Validate inbound deliveries; monitor temperature/pressure checks;
• Maintain databases and records of QC data.
• Identify and escalate food safety or quality issues to the QC Supervisor.
• Train new team members on QC processes; backup to QC Supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience or comfort in refrigerated environment (36°F).
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to overtime and weekends if needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/kneel/bend repetitively.
• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
