🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years manufacturing quality control experience
- Minimum 3 years working US business hours
- Experience with 3D printed, CNC, injection molding, sheet metal parts
- Good visual acuity; pass eye exams
- Strong English reading/writing and cross-cultural communication
- Self-starter with time management; works without supervision
