Perform onsite inspections at partner facilities and related paperwork
Conduct partner audits and onboarding activities
Initiate and manage partner CAPAs; address RMA trends
Monitor issues with Partner Quality Team and drive timely resolutions
Facilitate cross-functional workshops to reduce NCR/RMA with partners
Provide technical quality support to partners and assist with onboarding escalations

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
7+ years experience in engineering, quality role, or equivalent
5+ years experience in supplier-facing role or equivalent
Strong Quality Assurance / Partner Development experience
APQP and DFM/DFQ experience
Certified ISO Standards Auditor; travel up to 50% in CA
