Quality Control Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain project QCPs per contract and standards.
• Perform and document inspections, tests, and audits of construction activities and materials.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Track and report non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and tests.
• Provide training on quality standards and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience in quality control or engineering may substitute for a degree.
• 2+ years QC in heavy civil, geotechnical, or environmental construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and standards (ASTM, AASHTO, ACI).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
