Lead end-to-end lab systems implementation across teams.
Manage equipment introduction, relocation, requalification and decommissioning.
Define scope, budgets, resourcing, planning; monitor timelines.
Document admin, installation and maintenance procedures; ensure USP/GAMP/GMP/ERES.
Maintain the equipment validation master plan; inventory and data; liaise with vendors.
Support NC/CAPA process; investigations, CAPAs, training, and audits.

🎯 Requirements

Master’s or Bachelor’s in Life Sciences (GMP focus).
Pharma GMP experience with automation skills.
Strong project management; budgeting and planning.
Experience with Computer System Validation in GxP (plus).
Experience with Empower, Trackwise, LIMS, SDMS, KNEAT.
Excellent communication; English; Dutch desirable.
